“Coaching is the universal to connect with people, helping them to develop a new perspective, while expanding their inner beliefs and boundaries, equipping them to become the best version of themselves.” -Farshad Asl
Coaching volleyball has blessed me with many opportunities to practice my servant leadership skills. Throughout my three years of coaching, I have devoted my time on the sole focus of enriching the lives of the girls that enter my gym as well as everyone in the lives of those girls. I strive to set an example that encourages the girls to always do what is best and to give their best effort in anything they do. It is my personal goal to be more than just a coach to the athletes that enter my gym, and in order to accomplish this mission, I work hard to develop strong relationships with the girls. |
